A green network of urban connection between the inhabited center, the river and the countryside
The aim is the creation of a north-south urban reconnection axis, realized by integrating sustainable mobility with blue-green infrastructures (rows of trees and sustainable urban drainage systems), with desegregation, urban reforestation, and requalification of green spaces.

The call for proposals
The project is one of the 20 Operations of Strategic Importance - Europe 27 Projects, funded by the call for proposals Design and construction of blue-green infrastructures in urban and peri-urban areas, with resources from the ERDF Regional Program 2021-2027, in implementation of Priority 2 - Sustainability, decarbonization, biodiversity and resilience, Specific Objective 2.7 - Strengthen nature protection and conservation, biodiversity and green infrastructure, including the one in urban areas, and reduce all forms of pollution, Action 2.7.1.
