Infrastructural empowerment of the Modena Technopole for advanced research in the field of innovative and net zero emissions propulsion systems, based on hybrid tools
The Modena Technopole, located at the Enzo Ferrari Engineering Campus of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, is dedicated to studying, developing alongside businesses, validating, and applying innovative engineering solutions, and to training researchers in the fields of artificial intelligence, advanced mechanics, and automotive engineering. Its main activity is the development of digital virtual simulation processes. The project aims to invest in updating research tools and equipment and in adapting laboratory infrastructure. The objective is to complete the endowment for the experimental development of innovative and net-zero emissions propulsion systems and to adapt the laboratories in line with the investments foreseen by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan - PNRR.

The call for proposals
The project is one of the 15 Operations of Strategic Importance - Europe 27 Projects, financed by the call for proposals for the development of the structures of the Emilia-Romagna Technopole with ERDF Regional Programme 2021-2027 resources, with the aim of implementing several actions of the Programme:
