Laboratori aperti
The Open Labs, created with the resources of the 2014-2020 European programming cycle, are the Emilia-Romagna Digital Agenda hubs. These are 10 spaces equipped with advanced technological tools where structured and innovative forms of dialogue are developed through cooperation and collaboration among citizens, public administration, the third sector, universities, and generally all actors who have a significant role in the transformation of the information society within the urban context, with the aim of developing collaborative projects. Starting from the 2021-2027 European programming cycle, the Open Labs, in addition to supporting the digital transition, aim for sustainability, through the planning and implementation of the Urban Transformative Agendas for Sustainable Development (ATUSS). In this projects, the contribution of four intermediate urban territorial systems has been added to the 10 Laboratories located in the provincial capitals.
